EverShower is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. EverShower is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.
Collection on your personal information
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future EverShower customer support features you may be required to submit personally identifiable information in the recovery of a lost password, for example, or making a purchase.
Sharing your personal information
While we use Google Analytics to monitor our website with the aim of improving we do not engage other companies to provide services on our behalf, unless when handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. EverShower takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.
Use of your personal information
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressly collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at the site.

EverShower reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

EverShower Returns Policy
We are confident you are going to be delighted with your EverShower portable shower system and we want you to know that we are here to continue assisting you wherever possible.
We want to make sure your EverShower, or accessories, made it to you safe and sound.
If there are any problems with your product on arrival at your address, please let us know. If a problem occurs we will do our best to correct it.
All products that are to be returned to us must include a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N). Please contact us for a R.A.N before returning any EverShower products. Please clearly mark the outside of the package with the R.A.N when returning items to us. Any returns without an R.A.N will be refused at the cost of the sender.
- Refunds must be processed within 30 days of purchase.
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our headquarters.
- Returned products must arrive to us in original condition with the original box, with all the original packaging and parts for a full refund to be processed.
- Items returned which are damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will not be issued on products that have been used outside the operation manual guidelines.
- Refunds or credit can take up to 14 business days to process. Returns to credit cards are processed by the merchant gateway within 5-10 business days from credit email being issued and may take longer to appear on your account balance.
EverShower Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship during original consumer use.
Warranty does not cover product issues caused by any other reason for the following time periods and conditions set forth here. Warranties are valid for a period of no more than 12 months from the original date of purchase. EverShower will, solely at its discretion, replace or repair components that it deems to be not properly functioning during the state warranty period.
EverShower shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damage to personal property from, but not limited to, a defect unit, improper use, abuse, accident or neglect, etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to prevent misuse of the system and to replace parts when, due to the natural course of wear and tear, they need replacing. To obtain warranty service the customer must provide a dated receipt for the product and pay for any shipping charges incurred in returning the product to EverShower.
This warranty will not apply to units which have been used for purposes not intended, which have been altered so as, in the manufacturers judgment, to adversely affect its performance. This warranty is for the original retail purchaser only and cannot be transferred.
The ACL Law of Australia will govern any disputes regarding this warranty or claim. This warranty which is given expressly in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, constitutes the only warranty made by EverShower.
